Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed after full payment in Thai baht. Prices shown include listed taxes, National Park fees and insurance. Bamboo Sunset Cruise Co. Ltd. may contact the lead guest using the booking details provided.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Free cancellation and rescheduling are available until 24 hours before departure. If Bamboo Sunset Cruise cancels because of weather or sea conditions, guests receive a full refund or may transfer to another available date.

Minimum departure

Each departure requires at least eight guests. If the minimum is not reached, guests may transfer to another available date or receive a full refund.

Pickup and check-in

Complimentary hotel pickup is available within Ao Nang from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Guests meeting at Bamboo Beach Club must check in at 12:30 PM and be ready to depart promptly.

Admission and seating

Regular admission is one passenger per unit. VIP sofa admission reserves one sofa for one to four occupants. Alcoholic drinks are sold separately on board.

Safety

Guests must follow crew safety instructions and disclose relevant dietary needs or medical considerations. Water activities depend on weather, tides and the captain’s safety assessment.

Privacy

Lead guest details are collected to administer bookings, pickup, payments and trip communications. Information is not collected for newsletter marketing. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are not stored by Bamboo Sunset Cruise.
